Dear Friends and Family:

 

Please remember in your thoughts and prayers the people of Chile who today are experiencing the first day of winter.  Families displaced by the earthquake and tsunami currently living in emergency shelters are in urgent need of permanent housing solutions.  As you will see in the attached update, the current living conditions are not adequate protection against the winter cold, winds, and rain.
